Complimentary Gift Wrapping
All orders and promotion giveaways are gift-wrapped with our black signature Anna Selena gift boxes and tied with a satin ribbon. There is no charge for this service, as we understand that the act of opening a gift or purchase is a very special moment. Please make a note in the "Packing Instructions" box during checkout. We will send the receipt / packing slip to your billing address.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped from Los Angeles, California via USPS priority and
express mail. Shipping rates are based on
USPS rates and are subject to change. Shipping costs are listed before
you complete your transaction.
Sales Tax
AnnaSelena is required to collect sales tax (8.25%) for sales shipped within California.
Returns
If your jewelry is damaged or not the similar color you had expected due to monitor settings or other reasons, we will exchange your piece with a new one if you contact us within 5 business days of receipt. Please specify the reason you would like it exchanged, by contacting AnnaSelena Studios at returns@annaselena.com, or (213) 999-3719.
